PALAZZI ROSSI 2 - FIORE

Condominium building located in the Zona Nuova district, more precisely in the Palazzi Rossi. The strategic position allows you to reach the Pineta di Ponente and the beach, both free and equipped, in a few minutes to enjoy long days of sun and relaxation. But it doesn't end there: in the surrounding area you will find everything you need, supermarket near the house, market, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and much more. The center can be reached by walking along the seafront for a few minutes.
Fiore is a delightful two-room apartment on the first floor with double lifts.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a modern and bright environment, made even more comfortable by the air conditioning that will accompany you on the hottest days. Here you will find a kitchenette and a living room with a double sofa bed. There is a large double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The strong point of this apartment is the large terrace with sea view, furnished with a parasol, table and chairs, becoming your corner of outdoor paradise.
Linen is not supplied, only on specific request.
