'Friendly staff, clean hotel/room. Shower was great'

'"Pet friendly" motel with a "No Pets" sign on the office entrance, worst bed I've ever slept on in my life, no coffee maker in the room, and the "breakfast" was a joke: Luke warm coffee, no batter for waffles, no milk for cereal, no juice. If white bread and a handful on pint sized muffins are your thing, this is your place to stay.'

'Mooi redelijk nieuw hotel. Goed ontbijt. Goede ligging in omgeving van snelweg. Verder weinig in omgeving. Afgelegen. Binnen 5 Miles wel mogelijkheden om te eten buiten het hotel. Personeel was niet heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wasdroger zat vol met inkt. Moesten maar down town gaan om je wasgoed te drogen. Optie. Personeel maakt droger schoon. Die optie bestond niet. Zeer onvriendelijk. '

'Clean room'

'Clean rooms and the staff were really friendly.'

'Very friendly and accommodating staff. Flexible with checkin'

'Netjes en schoon '

'I’ve been choosing this particular hotel every time I’m in town. I drive a tanker truck, and parking has not been a problem. The rooms are clean, it’s quiet at night, and the staff is friendly and helpful.'

'Amazing architecture! Beautiful Building! Rooms are fantastic! The only thing that could have been better is pool and hot tub maintanence and the restaurant was very good but for the price and ambience the staff could have been much better! Our reservation was at 8pm and they were open til 10pm. Felt like they had kinda quit working and we were the after thought guests. Just something to think about for future. This was a family dinner and we don't spend that kind of money or get to do that...

'I have left a negative survey and I have left three voicemail messages for the manager, Manny. I experienced deplorable conditions, unsafe and hazardous public spaces, and exposure to fecal matter. I would like someone to contact me and I’d like a refund for my hotel stay. I have photos of some of the issues. We were left stranded in the pool area with no towels for an hour. I reported feces all over the bathroom floor on the pool area and was told by Candis that she was the only person staffed...

'The room was beautiful and very clean. We love the view of the river.'

'Everything was perfect! I really appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom'

'Nice rooms, good value for your money. Just get your breakfast someplace else.'

'Comfortable, easy access off I29.'

'The property looks run down. The door of one of our rooms would not close, it overlapped the frame, we were moved to another room when we complained. Another room was in the lower level, has a strong smell, and it was very dark and humid, again we were moved after complaining. The pool was closed.'
