'The welcome snack bag was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk was amazing. I would like to give Kyah Kudos she was very welcoming, warm and helpful. We were in a room where the hot water was not working, we let the staff know and immediately they moved us to another room where the hot water was working excellent customer service.'

'Upon checking in, we found the hotel undergoing a co.plete renovation. Most of the main lobby closed off and the bar moved to the restaurant. The elevators were also being renovated and taken out of service 1 or 2 at a time out of the 3. I would have expected Expedia to have some type of construction notice when booking. I always stay at the Southbank when in Jacksonville, but this had to be the most disappointing visit EVER!!! Call the hotel beforehand to confirm status of renovation to avoid...
