A romantic hideaway atop the rooftops of Florence, just a two-minute walk from the Duomo. From the small terrace, you can admire the Tower of Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo’s bell tower while enjoying an aperitif at sunset or breakfast in the soft morning light. Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation by listening to an old vinyl record, flipping through an art magazine, or simply letting yourself be enchanted by the atmosphere of the attic.

Bright, quiet, with an elevator from the first floor and fast Wi-Fi: a special place where you can truly feel at home.

For security, there is an outdoor video intercom next to the front door, facing only the entrance and the area immediately in front of the door. There are no such devices inside the apartment.

The bathroom is small but fully equipped: we’ve carefully designed it to make it as cozy as possible, and the shower is comfortable and spacious when you close the curtain and the glass door.

A nautical-style staircase, crafted by a Florentine artisan, leads to the charming attic: a unique and evocative space offering a splendid view of the Campanile and the roof of the Duomo.

At night, the silence is almost complete. Although you’re in the liveliest part of Florence, the apartment overlooks a very quiet inner courtyard.

In the morning, around 7 a.m., you’ll hear the Cathedral’s large bells: a deep, majestic sound that some find moving, while others might find it a bit overwhelming. The bells of nearby churches will also ring for a few moments, then everything will return to quiet.
