The Portico di Margherita is part of an 17th-century villa nestled in the peaceful, green hills of Florence, offering a stunning view of the Certosa del Galluzzo. We are pleased to offer this charming and quaint apartment.
The perfect place for a vacation in Florence, after a long day spent exploring the city. It’s easily accessible by bus (lines 11, 36, and 37, just 30 meters from the apartment’s garden) or via a lovely walk along Viale Michelangelo.
It features a living area with a dining table and chairs, a kitchenette, and a comfortable sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and, of course, a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.
The apartment also features three bedrooms with TVs, two of which have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.
Outside, there is a small patio area with a garden, a table and chairs for dining outdoors.
The house is equipped with a heating system; while it stays very cool in the summer thanks to its orientation and strategic location, air conditioning is also available.
Guests can also enjoy an outdoor pool, open from mid-May through September.
For a fee, guests can enjoy a small relaxation area with a Finnish sauna and a Turkish bath.
Fiber-optic internet is available, providing a particularly fast Wi-Fi connection that’s perfect for remote work.
