The main Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom, XL Jacuzzi on the roof terrace, an elegant leaving room and a super modern kitchen. The guest house has one bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchenette. The Guest House is the ideal space to be used either as an office or as an extra bedroom for up to two people (bed 140x200).

The villa makes great use of its prime location to savour its unique views of Florence from every angle.

You can be seated on the designer modern slate table in the living area, reading Architectural Digest while viewing “the real thing” live before your eyes and marvelling at the wonders of ‘Firenze’, then stand up and walk on the patio, to sit on the outdoor sofa and sample a margarita while chatting with your spouse, friends or family.

The roof terrace

Enjoy a cocktail with your spouse and friends on the roof with a super large and modern jacuzzi overlooking Florence. An experience to remember. The roof terrace is also equipped with sun beds, a comfortable conversation area, and a kitchen with fridge and cooking stove. The Kitchen and its Organic Orchard

The super modern, clean and extremely inviting fully equipped steel kitchen has panoramic views and opens up on three sides onto your own organic orchard, so you can step outside and pick fresh basil, rosemary, and veggies to cook yourself your own made meal, or have an expert cook prepare a delicious meal for you.

The organic orchard is an extension of the terraces looking over the city of Florence, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy the ‘Duomo’ or the ‘Palazzo Vecchio’ (the Town Hall) from every corner.

The Guest House offers a large room also overlooking the Duomo and the most beautiful monuments in the city. The room has a large table perfect to be used as a working space. There is a French bed (140x200) and can accomodate two more guests. A comfortable bathroom with shower and a kitchenette complete this unit.
