Step into this beautifully appointed apartment located in a historic building in the heart of Florence. The apartment features a large living room with a kitchen, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. To the right, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom. Through another door, there are two additional private rooms with a shared bathroom, making this the ideal setup for groups or families.

PARKING:
Florence’s city center is a ZTL zone, which stands for “limited traffic zone,” and therefore special rules apply regarding when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is located within the ZTL zone, so if you plan to come to Florence by car and wish to drive around or park, you’ll need to pay close attention to road signs, CCTV cameras, and access cameras (which display either a red or green light) to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to drive through the ZTL zone to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private parking garages in the city center (the one closest to the apartment where you are staying) and obtain a temporary access permit.

Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify their need for access to the ZTL, and the garage will then record the vehicle’s license plate number and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- CHECK-IN: Normal check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is an additional 30 EURO late check-in fee, as the staff member handling your check-in must take a taxi home after this time, which is very expensive. If you arrive after midnight, there is a 50 EURO late check-in fee. We hope you understand. If you need to arrive earlier, you can come to the apartment or one of our leather shops to drop off your luggage after 10 a.m. ;) (Please let us know in advance.) Check-out time is by 11 a.m.! If possible, we’ll let you leave your luggage in the apartment or at the storage facility for longer. If not, please note that there are many very safe and convenient luggage storage facilities in the city center, including one inside the Santa Maria Novella train station, right next to platform 16.
