Nice apartment in a great area

Lovely, convenient apartment. Plenty of space and everything you need. Discovered a lovely area nearby for drinks and dinner, Piazza Santo Spirito. Some great aperitivo, restaurants and gelato literally around the corner. Quieter than on the other side of the river. Only drawback was that we could not get a taxi back to the train station so it was quite a walk with all of our luggage. Otherwise, great.

Great location, 1 bd apartment

Overall we were quite dissatisfied with our experience here. We had booked a 2 bedroom, arrived to find a 1 bedroom with a completely uncomfortable and unusable sofa bed, without a real mattress. While management was responsive to our concerns about the AC, they completely ignored our concern about the listing inaccuracy, and offered no solution to the lack of second bed. They didn’t even answer our WhatsApp where they had responded earlier. The place’s stove was also explained upon check in and when we went to use it, it didn’t work. There were no instructions or way to figure out if the stove didn’t work or it was just us. Bathrooms were fine, location was good. Not a great view or amount of light in the space.
