Appartementen in Florence

'Overall a good stay! I can tell I am one of the first to stay, there were not enough towels (only two and one face towel) and it was lacking regular "homey" things. Blank walls, no hand soap, etc. Parking spot was hard to come by at certain times. That being said, everything was clean and I would stay here again. 'Good location but very dirty. Shower curtain covered with soap. Couldn’t sit on couch due to dirty upholstery. Only two worn out bath towels. Holes in sheets. Badly in need of paint job. Security door in garage propped open with wood. Toilet paper holder fell off onto floor first time we used it.'

'The condo was exactly as described. Very new and nice and clean. The patio was nice, as long as it was cloudy with a breeze. '

'Nice overall just need better wifi'

'Spent so much time by the pool, absolutely perfect for us!'

I immediately documented the issues with photos, contacted management, and left without staying overnight. Unfortunately, the...
