Our spacious modern apartment in Flic en Flac, Mauritius features:

• 2 Bedrooms: A master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.

• 2 Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. There’s an additional common bathroom also equipped with a shower and toilet.

• Open-Plan Living: The kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for relaxation and easy living. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an air fryer, and a breakfast bar with four high chairs. The dining area features a dedicated dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches and a large flat-screen TV.

• Balcony: Step out onto the balcony from the living room and be captivated by the stunning sea view, especially during the evening sunsets. The balcony is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink.

• Views: Enjoy not just the sea view but also a picturesque mountain view from the kitchen and the corridor leading to the apartment.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, the common pool, and the gym. Private covered parking is available for up to 1 vehicle and provision can be made for a second vehicle.

Security:
The apartment is located in a secure building with gated access and 24/7 security personnel stationed by the gates, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment throughout your stay. Please ensure the main door is locked when you leave.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. An additional fee will be charged for late hours check-in or check-out.

Housekeeping:
A cleaning service can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
However, for stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning service will be charged separately at an extra cost of €50. This includes fresh linens, towel replacements, and a general tidy-up to keep your space comfortable.

Essentials:
Basic essentials like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided to get you started. However, you may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Accessibility:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via an elevator.

Airport Transfers & Car Rentals:
Airport transfers and car rentals can be organized upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you require these services.
