The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages, group of friends, older people on extended break looking to get away from cold winters. It is also suitable for people with restricted mobility as there is a double sofa bed in the sitting area and a walk in shower room and toilet on the ground floor.

The villa is a mere 5 minutes walk or 150 meters from Flic en Flac beach. The latter is one of the longest, pristine beach on the island with white sand and crystal clear turquoise water. The beach is frequented by the locals and tourists alike and has a number of restaurants, bars, fast food stalls, shops, supermarket, bank, money exchange, dive centres, tours operators, pharmacies, clinics, police station and bus stop.

The rest of the island is well served by a regular bus service. Hence a car is not necessary.

Being on the west coast, Flic en Flac is the perfect place to stroll down the beach or sit down at one of the bars and watch a most spectacular tropical sunset.
