Villa Théia, located on an estate of no less than 2200 m², is accessible via a long driveway with an electric gate. There is parking for 6 cars (3 covered) and it offers its guests various luxurious facilities, from a private swimming pool to a jeu de boules court and beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed garden. Perfect for family holidays! Flayosc is a charming village in the beautiful Var region, hidden among the rolling hills of Provence. The village has a lively village square with cozy cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local specialties and wines. Flayosc is also an ideal base for exploring the nearby nature, such as the Gorges du Verdon and the Massif des Maures. There are many hiking trails that wind through the area. Via a staircase from the garden you reach the upper terrace with swimming pool (including walk-in steps), covered outdoor kitchen and spacious dining table. Ideal for fun evenings! This part can be closed with a gate. On the other side you will find the terrace off the living room with a cozy lounge area, and always with that beautiful view over the green hills and valleys. Indoors there is a spacious living room with fireplace, TV, WiFi, Chromecast and music system via Bluetooth. The open kitchen in Provencal style is equipped with all amenities. All bedrooms are very comfortable and air conditioning provides cooling on hot summer days. The downstairs bedrooms have French doors to the garden. The swimming pool can be heated optionally and on request, outside the months of July and August, for 100 euros per week.
