On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, open-plan living area with a cozy fireplace, a large dining table for up to 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for: dishwasher, oven, Bora cooktop, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and other appliances.

A guest WC, a practical wardrobe area, and direct access to the terrace with a small garden complete this level.

One floor below (accessible via stairs from the living room) there is a modern bathroom with rain shower and WC, as well as a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays.

On the first floor you will find:

A charming children’s room with a bunk bed (200 x 90 cm), an additional children’s bed (180 x 80 cm), and a panoramic reading nook.

A carport is currently in planning, but a private parking space is available directly at the house. The terrace and garden area are also being lovingly designed – ideal for reading, dining, or sunbathing.
