'Not my first visit to this hotel and definitely won't be my last. From the moment I walked through the front door to the moment I left my stay was made as comfortable and pleasant as possible by the welcoming, professional staff. This hotel has excellent olde world charm by the yard as you will see from exploring the corridors which lead you through the bars and lounges this hotel has to offer. 'De sfeer en entourage was uitstekend. Heel mooi pand, fijn personeel (Nederlandse headwaiter) en voldoende keuze in de bar. Ontbijt was ook prima verzorgd.'

'We verbleven hier drie nachten om loch Lomond en de omgeving te bezoeken. Prijs kwaliteit was perfect; het hotel is wat verouderd maar de vernieuwde pub en restaurant serveren erg lekker eten. Goed ontbijt al misten we wat kaas ofzo bij onze toast. Het personeel was top!'

'Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting'

'Beautiful if overpriced hotel, room was beautiful staff are always fantastic when we stay. The pool area could be so much better it simplest isn’t up to today’s standards especially at the price. It could be revamped to have beds facing out sea with better hot tub facilities. Staff at the spa/pool however are wonderful '
