« The property is super clean and equipped with everything you could need. Although on the small side it had everything we wanted/needed and we would definitely visit again. We stayed for 4 nights and that was long enough as it is on the small side so lounging around all day isn't ideal at this property but given the area/location why anyone would want to do that is beyond me anyway. In terms of location within the actual site it couldn't have been more conveniently placed - literally a minute...

« Property very clean and comfortable. As described. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms makes it much easier with a bigger group. Communication very good. Excellent site overall - particularly good access to the beach and short walk into Filey. The only downside was the small amusement arcade which was very badly managed. Many machines nit working but still taking money. No staff on hand to resolve problems. »

« The apartment was decorated lovely very well equipped lots of extra things if we had wanted to use them. The main problem was the bed was far too high due to having a mattress topper on a already high bed frame. The apartment was clean except the wooden drawers in the lounge and bedroom which had the TV on they were thick with dust and had not been cleaned in a while there was also no spare cupboard for dry food/tins etc. I also would not use shower gel/ creams etc that other people have left...

« Lovely property. Only reason for 4 stars was that there were old balloons under furniture in living room where it clearly hasn't been cleaned. Also the double bed downstairs has damaged slats that were had to repair and was very creaky so barely slept »

« Lovely big living area with stylish but comfy furniture, and an excellent kitchen. Super comfy beds! It was well equipped- like a home from home. Anthony was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again so we can explore more of the beautiful countryside. »

« The property was generally good and as described. Since the listing the patio furniture has deteriorated considerably and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The listing includes a barbecue which wasn’t useable as the slab for putting a disposable bbq on was missing. The house had everything we needed for cooking but a few basic items like salt and hand wash would have been appreciated. Parking was fine, the site manager responded to questions quickly and we enjoyed the pool and gym. »

« We've had a wonderful time in Lindlee cottage. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. On the third day of our stay however we had no TV anymore. We mentioned it at the reception, but we noticed no further action. »
