## The accommodation

The apartment features a bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed (160x200) and a dressing room. The bathroom is connected to and open onto the bedroom, and can only be accessed through the bedroom.

You will also enjoy a lovely covered terrace with outdoor lounge furniture, a dining area, and a garden.

The accommodation is recent and well maintained — no unpleasant surprises.

## Guest access

Free parking space directly in front of the apartment.

Shops nearby within a 10-minute drive: supermarket, tobacco/newsstand, restaurants, gas station, ATM, etc.

## Other things to note

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. We are discreet and will not disturb you during your stay.

⚠️ Please note: to access the bathroom (including the toilet), you must go through the bedroom. The bathroom is open to the bedroom.

The bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate a baby cot/travel crib (available on request).

No visitors are allowed, even temporarily, and pets are not permitted. Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to access the property.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Please leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition and wash and put away any dishes used.

Bed linen for the sofa bed is not provided for bookings of fewer than 3 guests. If needed, please request it at the time of booking. An additional fee of €10 will apply.
