« La villa est juste magnifique et très propre avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, rien à dire. parfait avec des enfants. L'accueil d'arrivée a été assez moyen contrairement à celle du départ fait par 2 personnes différentes. L'état des piscines est moyen (dommage), on aurait aussi apprécié un pot "offert" à notre arrivée, on a dû payer notre coupe de Prosecco, dommage !. "Tout simplement à ne pas refaire, l'hôtel est délabré, la vue donne sur une déchetterie, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas il faisait 19 degrés dans la chambre à notre arrivée, du bruit jusqu'à minuit et demi passée, aucune insonorisation vers l'extérieur, le frigo ne fonctionne pas, ou soi-disant l'hôtel est complet on ne peut pas changer de chambre. Je compte faire un recours, la seule chose qui était à peu près bien et le petit-déjeuner. Pour 150 €, vous pouvez trouver largement mieux."

"Le séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé du début à la fin tout à été fluide (3 personnes parlent français merci à Luca pour son accueil). Parfaitement situé. La décoration au top. Important il y a un ascenseur. Nous aurions vraiment aimé retrouvé ce style sur la suite de notre séjour à Rome."
