'Gewoon goed, echter slecht ontbijt'

'This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!! We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean. The front desk people...

'We stayed in the Rosalind Room which has its own private balcony. The room is comfortable and well-appointed. Slightly snug for two adults but we anticipated that given that it’s a bed & breakfast. It’s walking distance from the theaters for the Utah Shakespeare Festival which is why we were in town. Ideal. The breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful.'

'Ongeïnteresseerd personeel zeker bij het ontbijt. Een grondige poetsbeurt kan geen kwaad. Huisdieren zijn welkom , nou dat is ook wel te zien. Zeker de tapijten hebben een poetsbeurt of beter nog vernieuwen. Hangt ook een vreemde geur . '

'Very clean and spacious. Only issue was the ac cycling off several times during the night, making it a bit warm and uncomfortable.'

'Goed hotel voor de prijs. Ruime en schone kamer. Publieke ruimtes gedateerd en niet schoon. Nieuw tapijt hard nodig. Ontbijt redelijk op het schrale brood na. Dit is wat je krijgt voor hun prijs. Fair.'

'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again.'

'Very clean. Check-in was okay. Front desk staff wasn't there all that often. Wi-Fi was AWFUL. After the first night it didn't work at all. Property isn't well insulated so there's a lot of noise from the street.'

'The TV would not connect to the internet, so we couldn't use it. Terrible water pressure and the shower was difficult to turn on. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were not. Breakfast was limited and not very good or fresh. The air conditioner worked, but it wasn't super cold and took a while to cool the room down.'
