'The location was the best. Next door to groceries and a liquor store. Next to the grocery store is the bus stop for the Roam bus that takes you all over Banff. Restaurants all in a 5 minute walk too, yet because Basecamp is around the corner from the restaurants it is nice and quiet. The rooftop hot tub was amazing also.'

'Hotel was in the perfect location. It was close to shopping and dining while being surrounded by the mountains for the most perfect backdrop. My husband and son was hoping to rent an e-bike while on vacation and having bike rental on site couldn’t have worked out better. Hotel has been completely renovated and is beautiful. Every employee we came across was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend. '

The rooms were clean and orderly with every amenity I could want. The premises were also clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
