Lovely, sunny, peaceful apartment close to Munich and next to Lake Starnberg

The municipality of Feldafing is located in the midst of the beautiful landscape of the Starnberger Fünfseenland. The unspoilt lakeshore with the Lenné Park and the Roseninsel (Rose Island) invite you to take relaxing walks and enjoy cultural sights. The historic lido offers an enchanting bathing backdrop and a cosy restaurant all year round. The village itself presents many little surprises, its surroundings a multitude of sights, cultural experiences and leisure opportunities.

Our small, exquisitely furnished holiday flat for one to two people, which is attached to our detached house like a granny flat, is located in a very quiet residential area. We have furnished it with much love. Peace and relaxation are included thanks to the romantic four-poster bed, a cosy dining area and a sofa with a view of the small dragonfly pond.

We are an absolute non-smoking house.

The flat is located on the western outskirts of Feldafing, 2.5 km to the B2 (Munich-Garmisch). S-Bahn, café, supermarket 1 km away, to the lake 1,5 km.

The S-Bahn to Munich is a 10-minute walk away.

The Bavarian capital Munich can be reached in 45 minutes, the famous Benedictine monastery Andechs in 15 minutes and the skiing and hiking area Garmisch in 60 minutes. Very close to the house, walking paths lead through the beautiful countryside and the nearest towns.
The holiday flat is attached to our residential house like a granny annexe. You have your own entrance, even your own little garden door, and in your flat you are all to yourself. However, we are happy to be there for you if you need anything.

The flat has space for 2 people and has a hallway, bathroom with shower and washing machine, self-contained kitchen and a living/bedroom.
