Villa's in Feigères

'Prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras, mooi dat de aanwezige fietsen (zowel kinder- als volwassenen) gebruikt mochten worden! De badkamer boven (met ligbad en douche) was prima, de 2e douche in de kelder/bij sauna iets minder. Nieuwe keuken prima, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Cuvat is een rustig dorpje, buiten 1 restaurant (enkel voor lunch geopend en 's ochtends brood) weinig voorzieningen. Maar op rij-afstand van 5-10 km verschillende supermarkten. 'Wir wurden sehr nett von Sophie empfangen und haben uns direkt rundum wohl gefühlt. Überall findet man ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, die rund um das Haus geht. Und die Aussicht durch die Fenster und von der Terrasse auf den See ist atemberaubend. Die vier Tage hier waren in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Vielen Dank an Sophie wir kommen gerne wieder!'

'Prima huisje. Iets van het centrum af maar snel bij het meer. Supermarkt in de buurt. Locatie in woonwijk dus geen ‘buzz’ van de stad. Geen persoonlijk contact met de eigenaar behalve via mail/telefoon berichten. Dat heeft als voordeel dat je inchecken er niet toe doet. Woonkamer is erg ruim. Tweepersoonsbed vonden wij iets te klein. Wij kwamen met 3 kinderen en er waren voor hem twee bedden opgemaakt dus de laatste hebben we zelf gedaan. 'We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in mei 2023. Wij waren met 3 gezinnen, waaronder 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd en op de mooiere dagen kon er dan ook al prima gezwommen worden. Het huis is een beetje verouderd (bedden, een aantal badkamers en de keuken), maar verder groot en ruim opgezet. Het huis is wel ruim, goed ingedeeld, met genoeg slaap- en badkamers voor 11 personen. 'Nous avons été très bien accueillis, de très bon conseils, environnement très sympathique, niveau propreté rien à dire, on a manquer de rien tout était à notre disposition. C’était un super week-end je recommande sans hésiter les yeux fermés.'

'Erg leuk huis met mooi zwembad. De eigenaar is zeer aardig. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het heeft hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig, maar alles is aanwezig. Handig dat er een wasmachine is en een dubbele koelkast. Verbeteringen: Het huis mist airconditioning ook al is het huis goed geïsoleerd. Het was erg warm (35+ graden) in de week dat wij er waren. Het zwembad is niet omheind en dat vind ik met kleine kinderen niet erg veilig. Positief is de locatie! Prachtig uitzicht over Annecy...

'Lovely house to stay in. Swimming pool was great and the location with views of the mountains and lake was delightful. With a 3 year old in our family, the swimming pool cover was essential and much appreciated.'

'We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. 'We were a group of 15 people feom germany. The house was very big and we got many toys dor the kids. The big pool was awsome. In the house we found all things we need and much more. In the room with the kicker ans billard table we played every evening. In 20 to 30min we were in Genf and some supermarket were 10min away. The house was perfect for our holidays.'

'This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all.'

'Great panorama view. But the house would definitively need some renovations/modernisations for the price it is located. AND it should be deeply cleaned. Overall the stay is nice mainly due to the wonderfull panorama and location of the house.'

'This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. 'La location est dans un cadre magnifique avec des balades faciles d'accès sans voiture grâce aux navettes mises en place par la région (ou directement à pied pour les plus sportifs). Le fait que les chambres soient au sous-sol est très appréciable en été, mais la suite "Master" notamment bénéficierait d'une rénovation. Les propriétaires habitent de l'autre côté du chemin et ont été très réactifs à chaque petit souci. La location est une base très agréable et idéalement placée pour explorer...
