From the upper floor, you can enjoy a magnificent, expansive, and unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding fields and woods. In the mornings, you might be greeted by deer, and in the evenings, you can watch the sunset. The house sits in a 675 m² garden where you can spend the whole day in the sun or in the shade of the fruit trees. A hammock, two picnic tables with four benches, and two sun loungers provide additional comfort. A barbecue is also available. The garden is bordered by a wild hedge with blackberries, providing privacy from the road. This cozy vacation home impresses with its charm, tasteful, modern furnishings, stunning sea views, large garden, and perfect location. Supermarkets are located in nearby Petersdorf.

The beautiful, kilometer-long natural beach is 800 meters from the house and can be reached in ten minutes on foot or two minutes by bike. The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles, dune grasses, reeds, and heather, and is very popular with anglers, kite surfers, and windsurfers. The nearby Orth marina, with its restaurants and cafes, invites you to linger and relax. A country lane leads from Püttsee to Orth by bicycle – you can reach the charming little harbor in just a few minutes.
