With two cozy bedrooms, the property offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four people, making it the ideal choice for families, couples, or small groups who value peace and quiet and proximity to the beach. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the fine sandy beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or long walks.

The heart of the property is the bright, open living area with an integrated kitchen. Thanks to modern amenities including an oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle, you can be completely self-sufficient. The adjacent dining area and cozy sofa corner invite you to relax while enjoying entertainment on the radio or TV.

A special highlight is the covered patio, which opens onto the property’s own garden. Garden furniture is provided here so you can fully enjoy the partial ocean view while having breakfast in the fresh air or sipping a glass of wine in the evening.
