« The studio apartment is cute and located on a decent part of town. Clean and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 1 child. Our only complaints were the bed is very uncomfortable and the neighbors upstairs stomping around all ours of the night. A few stetchy people hanging around the outside of our building but overall Ryan was great and attentive. »

« Great area to stay. Close to downtown. The house overall was in pretty good shape. In the living room there is quite a bit of bubbling on the wall closest to the street and chipped paint on in the fireplace. There was chipping paint on the window sill in one of the bathrooms. »

« Very nice property. The only reason I gave four stars for the cleanliness is because as soon as you walk in, you can smell marijuana/cigarette smoke. Whoever was there last obviously smoked in there because I saw loose tobacco on the couch. Other than that, again very nice. Great location. No issues with neighbors, and the amenities for the apartment were great. »
