Villa's in Fayence

'We had a very pleasant time in a well-equipped and spacious house with its large and calm surrounding. The large pool and the terrace with its deck-chairs were comfortable places for recreation. The nearer (Fayence, Seillans, Tourrette, Callian, Montaroux) and farer (from St. Tropez to Nizza) surrounding could be visited without any problems by bike and car. In the end always kind communication with Ann, the owner of the property.'

'Fantastic peoperty for up to 8 people. Spotlessly clean and filled with lovely art pieces and tasteful decoration. So many different types of crockery, games and amenities including essential air con. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and was well maintained. We also enjoyed the adjacent outside kitchen and fridge for food and drinks. Views were stunning and the whole site felt very safe. Our hosts were next door but were in no way obtrusive. 'We hebben een heerlijke vakantie doorgebracht in deze prachtige villa in Fayence. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en smaakvol ingericht. De tuin is zeer verzorgd, het zwembad is een droom en buiten zijn de diverse zit-en eethoeken dusdanig gesitueerd dat zowel van de zon als van de schaduw kan worden genoten. Het huis was zeer schoon en de property manager Johanna was zeer behulpzaam. Een ring, die wij per ongeluk in de kluis hadden achtergelaten, werd een enkele dagen later keurig...

'Mooie locatie op heuvel zodat je kan genieten van zeezicht en vlot bereikbaar vanaf de autostrade. Een wandeling naar het strand is een uitdaging omwille van de drukke baan. Voldoende mogelijkheid voor uitstappen en recreatie.in de omgeving. Uitstekend zwembad met parasols en ligstoelen. Badlinnen voldoende aanwezig voor badkamers en zwembad. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust met moderne toestellen en mooi servies. Het gasfornuis met grote oven is een plus voor wie graag kookt. Airco en...

'Alle verwachtingen voor onze vakantie werden overtroffen. Als gastheer was Laurent met zijn vrouw bij aankomst aanwezig om een nuttige en gezellige rondleiding te verzorgen. Een lekkere 'bubbel' mocht daar niet aan ontbreken. Het zwembad, de eettafels, de ligbedden, alle (bad)handdoeken, het fantastische uitzicht (!), ALLE voorzieningen in en om het huis, de verschillende verdiepingen om te leven en te koken, overal airconditioning. Echt ALLES was aanwezig! Helemaal geweldig. Qua inrichting...

', Das Haus war so wie in der Inserat beschrieben , sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ruhig und der Strand in paar Minuten zufuß erreichbar.'

'La maison était parfaite pour passer quelques jours à deux familles avec des enfants, l'équipement était tout à fait ce dont nous avions besoin, à quelques minutes à pied d'une piscine, et quelques minutes de voiture de la plage. Les gérants de la location communiquent très bien et ont été très réactifs, bref location à recommander!'

'We stayed here for a week in August and loved our stay. The house & pool are both very comfortable and very well tended. The pool was especially attractive for our teenage boys (12 & 15). But the biggest asset of the house is its location, within walking distance of the beach and the city centre. Highly recommended!'

'zeer mooie villa, heel mooi zwembad, heel mooie streek auto is een must - wegje naar woning héél steil, een uitdaging als chauffeur :-) - te voet naar het dorp is niet evident. Ontgoocheling voor ons dat er geen airco was zoals beschreven en verwacht - midden juli was onmogelijk om woning fris te houden met amper één ventilator - slechte nachtrust hierdoor. Eigenaar heeft excuses aangeboden maar geen compensatie of extra ventilatoren .. naar ons gevoel hebben we teveel betaald voor wat we...
