'The room was very nice, everything was clean and looked new. The bathroom and shower are very nice, new, and clean. We did not meet the staff in person but communicated via messaging, which was convenient- quick and easy to understnd responses to my questions. '

'Staff was a bit rude, and unhelpful. Actually not great at all.'

'I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment suite with a big balcony. The accomodation is comfortable and safe (which is important to me, as a female solo traveler). The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I forgot a few items when I left and they have been of great service to help me get them picked up by a courier. The only minus point to me was the location. The neighbourhood felt safe and people were nice. However it seems like the municipality doesn’t maintain its sidewalks properly.'

Consigliato'

'We had a really good stay at this hotel and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We rented a car so it was easy to go to the city centre. When you don’t have a car its about 45 minutes by bus. The room was quite big and looked nice. '

'Lovely place to stay when you have a car available. Friendly staff and roomy rooms. Would recommend.'

'It’s okay '

'Bring ear plugs- no Sound Proofing beten room'

'Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Two of the hosts - Michele and Ivan met us at the front door, and insisted on carrying our bags upstairs. They then sat us down for coffee and canolo, before explaining what sights we should see in Palermo. The room was immaculate, and even though we were unable to partake because of our schedules, the breakfast options looked amazing. On our first morning, Janna had some pastries for us to take with us (every other morning, we were out the door way too...

'Personeel zeer vriendelijk, ontbijt was goed.'
