Villa Manfredi con Piscina by Wonderful Italy

Villa with swimming pool and garden, located in the heart of the Selva di Fasano, just a few minutes from the splendid beaches of Torrecanne.



Villa Manfredi is a historic villa, with classic and welcoming furnishings, and is developed on the ground floor. The entrance opens onto the spacious living area equipped with sofas and armchairs, gathered around the fireplace and TV. An arch leads to the dining room and kitchen, equipped with all comforts including the oven, dishwasher, an additional dining table and a TV.

The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, one with a single bed and one with a double sofa bed. The layout is completed by two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub with shower curtain.

The jewel of the villa is the swimming pool and the garden furnished with sun loungers, a dining table and a pergola with a lounge area.

Fasano, situated straddling the provinces of Brindisi and Bari, is dominated by the hills of the Selva which gently thin out towards the sea through an endless expanse of thousand-year-old olive trees and the characteristic masserie. The evocative historic centre is whitewashed and the numerous churches present in the alleyways characterise the scenography of the place, together with the imposing historic palaces that tell of the glorious past of this city. Absolutely worth visiting are Piazza Ciaia, the Torrione delle Fogge and the Church of San Giovanni Battista. The hilly area of the Selva dominates the city with its villas immersed in greenery and the Minareto. To the east instead you can reach the seaside hamlets, in particular Savelletri and Torre Canne as well as the Egnazia Archaeological Park. A few kilometres away is Cisternino, a village recognised amongst the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1996, Ostuni, the celebrated White City and Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with evocative historic centres and beautiful beaches. To the north (60 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south we encounter first the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving towards the west there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European capital of culture.



The airports of Bari and Brindisi are respectively 60 and 50 minutes' drive from the accommodation.
