Personale cordiale ed estremamente disponibile, in particolare il direttore il quale si preoccupa di far sentire gli ospiti come a casa propria. La colazione è ottima e servita nel roof top dell’hotel con una bella vista mare. Torneremo con la bella stagione.

Struttura di altissimo livello, ottima esperienza, piscina bellissima e, last but not least, personale estremamente attento e gentile! Unica pecca che non c’è un accesso ottimale al mare. Ci sono delle convenzioni con stabilimenti ma i prezzi al giorno sono comunque eccessivi, in aggiunta al prezzo dell’hotel.

The staff was great, but we just cannot rate the hotel more than 2 stars, not for the rate we paid. There was no hot water for most of our 3 night stay (this seems to be a recurring issue), our “ocean side” view was obstructed (until they moved us) and on weekends the very loud noise from neighboring clubs runs until 3AM. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is totally adequate and comfortable, but it’s simply not worth the $500+ we paid for each night (over $650 on weekends). This is more a $200-$300 a night hotel.

After a week staying in various historic accommodations in Puglia, we were very happy to spend two nights in this bright, modern hotel. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable with a large balcony and view of the sea. Melania and manager Alessandro at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It’s a good location for easy day trips to Alberobello, Monopoli, and other seaside towns.

Good morning,so apologize that you didn't have a nice stay in our hotel.But I don't think that if you go to Ramada Inn or Holiday Inn or other Hotels, they give you the room at 11 am with you with an aggressive way beating fists on the reception desk because it's not accetable that a room of the Hotel is not ready in the morning or that you say that you are alone and the other person doesn't need to be registered but after few minutes this person with you in your room for all your entire stay.

Clean, nice with views of the Adriatico
This was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and we travel at least 3 months a year. If cleanliness is your thing choose this hotel. Across the street from the beach with a gorgeous view of the Adriatico.

gentilezza, accoglienza e disponibilità anche nell'accontentare le richieste. ambiente pulito, ordinato e molto confortevole. posizione strategica. sebbene non abbia avuto l'esigenza di utilizzare la piscina in quanto nei miei giorni di permanenza ho preferito godermi il mare, ritengo che sarebbe ancora più completa se dotassero la struttura appunto di una piscina.

Hôtel de très bon standing calme, personnel de qualité parlant Français; équipements et chambres très propres. Parking. Un effort à faire concernant le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas encore à la hauteur d' un 4 étoiles.

Tolles modernes Hotel
Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Tolle große Zimmer. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Beide hatten einen Balkon. Die Aussicht war leider nicht so toll. Wir haben uns unter anderem wegen der tollen Dachterrasse für das Hotel entschieden. Diese war leider nachmittags nicht zugänglich.

Pool fehlt noch aber was da ist passt. Preis/Leistung passt im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in ähnlicher Lage nicht.

Wonderful stay and friendly people!
We had a wonderful stay in Bianco Riccio. Alessandro, the front desk manager, was so helpful and friendly. He recommended some lovely places to eat and gave us lots of guidance on where was nice to go around the area. The hotel was absolutely spotless, the cleanest hotel I've ever been in, and the rooms were huge and very nicely decorated. Breakfast on the roof top was lovely and consisted of fruit, cheese, meat, rolls. croissants, biscuits and would cook eggs if you'd like them. Charles was on hand to help with anything we wanted. Would definitely recommend. The surrounding buildings at the back were a bit run down but this did not affect our stay or the hotel. They even gave us a late checkout which was so kind.
