The Space:
This basic unit has the essentials for a quick visit or an extended stay in north Fargo. You’ll have access to a private room within a multi-unit building along with coin operated laundry within the common space.

The common space is a bit of a weathered area, but it is a short distance to your private room.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to your private room along with a community laundry room. The laundry room is coin operated.

The Neighborhood:
We're located near NDSU and just 5 minutes from the Airport! The majority of the surrounding area is student housing, apartments, and single family homes.

Getting Around:
There's plenty of room to park in the parking pad behind the house. The city bus routes also run just a few blocks away on 12th Ave N. We have Uber and Lyft in Fargo and should be around $5-10 to get to the airport, downtown, the Fargodome (though adventurous people could walk here).

Other Things to Note:
Since this is an apartment with other guests, you are likely to hear the comings and goings of those guests. This is a garden level unit and you may hear footsteps and some noises from the unit above you. Just as this unit allows dogs, some of the other units also have pets (dogs, cats). You will likely hear them greet you upon arrival.
