Dog friendly 3 bed house close to town and beaches

A centrally located 3 bed house with off road parking for one vehicle. We are a 5 minute walk from town with plenty of cafes, restaurants and local shops; a 15 minute walk to the beach or park, and less than a minute away from the local pub. Leaving the front door you can explore Falmouth on foot, or wander down to the ferry and explore the area by water.

Downstairs we have an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The house sleeps between four and six with three good size rooms upstairs. Two have double beds and there is a sofa bed in the third room which we can make up if required.

Large bathroom with separate shower and a rail over the bath for hanging any wetsuits or diving gear.

We love cooking so the kitchen is fully equipped and there's a new cooker with induction hob. Feel free to peruse our recipe nooks and get creative. We have a pull out dining table which seats 4 and sky tv in the living area with sofas and bean bags to get comfy in and relax after a day out exploring.

The driveway is shared with the house next door, we have parking for one vehicle and access to a suntrap patio area tucked round the side with a gas BBQ. The driveway gates lift off the hinges to allow a car through - it's easiest to turn right in the driveway from Norfolk Road. Driveway gates are optional and can be removed if you're not bringing pets.
