« This property is basically brand new- it was recently renovated and is very clean and furnished very nicely. Has all the beach gear you could need, and the kitchen is fully stocked. It’s super convenient to be in the downtown area for access to fun restaurants and shops. There were 6 of us- parents and 4 kids and we did not feel cramped at all. Check in process was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...
