'This is still our favorite place to stay for our anniversary. There's been a LOT of changes since last we visited! There were some full trash bags around the back of the A-frame this time, making me think someone was enjoying the place only days before we arrived. There are also several new covered structures being built. While I expected this from my last conversation with the owner during our last visit, it was still a shock. 'The home was beautifully built and we were very excited to be able to gather at a place that could accommodate all of us, fourteen in all plus one dog. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and seen how filthy it was. As a person that lives in a log home myself and also as a previous VRBO owner I understand the care it takes to keep a house like that clean. 'This was an impulse stay for 2 retirees going to Zion and Bryce. I used our cell phones to find our stay. It was moderately priced and much less than those closer to Zion. We were very pleased to stay here after we drove through the very busy towns near the entry. The Room: super nice bed and bedding. I liked the bedding in that the blanket/sheets completely covered us in the bed. Sometimes we have to untuck all the bedding so we can cover us to our shoulders. This was perfect. The room was...

'The staff was extremely nice and friendly. However, This property is very run down. I selected it because it was rated better than Motel6 and was very disappointed. Motel 6 is a little further away from the highway noises then this motel. Carpet and bedspread very old but the pillows were nice. Lots of traffic noise. Only 1 washing machine and dryer inside next to the vending machines ($2 for each and they worked great). Felt like the shower floor was going to break through the floor. Would not...

'A decent place for a great price.'

'Mechanical system. Very loud. I set to heat - 65. Room was at least 70. It went on all night for 10 seconds but no heat. No way to turn off. Refrigerator. Very loud. Turned it to lowest setting. Still went on all night long. Uncomfortable mattress. No elevator.'
