Well equipped kitchen with all the essentials and ample countertop space you need to whip up a delicious meal. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4, giving you plenty of space to enjoy a meal all together!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

King and Queen bedrooms are equipped with brand new pillow-top mattresses and 4 pillows on each bed-choose from down alternative or memory foam to get your perfect night's rest! You'll find velvet hangers and luggage racks in the walk in closets. All rooms in the home provide black-out shades, so you can get that perfect night of sleep!

KING
Like to fall asleep to white noise? We have you covered with a sleep sound machine.
You'll have a working space with a desk and comfy chair, as well as a foldable pack and play for any littles and a 55" TV to snuggle up and watch movies.

Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and sensitive skin hand soap. We provide 2 bath towels, 1 makeup towel, a wash cloth and a hand towel for each guest.


BUNK-ROOM
Sleeps 4 kids with a walk in closet fitted with velvet hangers and a laundry basket. Unleash your little one's creativity with a playful art easel provided with expo and chalk markers, galore!
Things we supply for kiddos: Foldable high chair with tray, pack and play, kids dinnerware, art easel and a white noise machine

OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy the fresh mountain air on one of our porches. The front porch offers some casual seating perfect for your morning cup of joe and the back porch offers a firepit table and a grill to cook up some tasty BBQ!
Bring your fishing poles as our community has a stocked pond at the front of the neighborhood!

ADDITIONAL INFO
You will have access to our entire home, minus our upstairs space-it is unfinished for now, but hopefully soon we can add a game room, another bedroom and maybe bathroom to support more family and friends!

Everything listed is on our main floor.

We offer contactless check in with our Schlage keypad but you can always message or call us for any reason!

**Our neighborhood is brand new and growing, so you may encounter construction during weekday business hours only. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing our community. Rest assured, this should not affect your stay and we'll do our best to minimize any inconvenience and ensure your stay remains enjoyable.**

We are happy to accommodate early check in & late check out's for $15 an hour when possible, if agreed upon before your stay begins. Unprohibited early and late check ins will result in a hourly fee of $50 as this can put strain on our cleaners and next guests.

We utilize a Blink camera at our front door for security purposes, this is the only camera on the property.

NATURE NOTE:
Being surrounded by the woods means you’re truly one with nature! While we do have regular pest control, you may still encounter a few adventurous insects.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.

By booking with us you acknowledge the hosts shall not be liable to guests, invitees, or any other person for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the property.
