Cozy Beach House with 270° Spectacular Views

  • Eerste keer op de markt als vakantiewoning! We zijn verheugd om gasten te verwelkomen in ons verhoogde strandhuis, op slechts een steenworp afstand van een openbare toegang tot het strand waar u een strandstoel kunt brengen om te ontspannen of bij eb in het zand te spelen.

    Het huis heeft een 180 ° uitzicht op de oceaan en beschermd moeras via een wrap around dek op de eerste verdieping en een dek van de slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping. Op een heldere dag kun je Martha's Vineyard spotten! Geniet van de zonsondergang terwijl u ontspant voor de tv of geniet van een diner bereid in onze open keuken.

Wonderful home, right on the water! The place was immaculate and had everything we could’ve needed. The property owners did an amazing job of making us feel welcome, too. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful place, very short walk to the beach. Lots of bird activity at the beach and the marsh. Three beautiful sunsets in 3 days.

A Little Bit of Heaven

A fantastic view, a quiet, clean, spacious home at the end of the road, steps from the ocean-what could be better? This: a well-equipped kitchen, responsive hosts, close to many quaint towns, close to bigger beaches with a season pass for entry. I probably cook more than most travelers and was happy to find many items most hosts don’t supply. Can’t wait to re-book for next year!.

Most important to me is cleanliness and the house was clean and smells clean. It was furnished well. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, drinking glasses. Lots of towels and pillows. Lots of extras like dish washing soap, laundry items, some coffee, paper towels. Lots of shops & restaurants! The ocean view is beautiful. I found some beautiful shells while walking on the beach. The house is everything it says on the advertisement. We will stay there again in the future. Tracy, thank you for the accommodation!

Family Memorial Weekend Get A Way

We were impressed with the home, location, and the detail instructions with the Host, Tracy! Communication makes all the difference when renting a VRBO property and Tracy was great with reminders and has an informative Home binder with every detail we would need during our long weekend stay! We also have a condo in SC that we had rented in the past and know how much work it takes to treat STR guests as family. Thanks Tracy!

Thanksgiving Beach house stay

This property was exactly how it is described. Great location, grocery store and restaurants nearby. The view was amazing. I love the balconies and view of the beach. Our older kids stayed out on the beach building sand castles while we cooked lunch and could easily keep an eye on them from the beach house. Perfect size for a family of 4. Nice large smart TV with plenty of apps got to watch the Macy's Thanksgivings Day Parade on Peacock. Easy access and instructions for checkin/checkout. We travel and have stayed at a lot of cabins/houses and this one is definitely in our top list would stay here again.

Beautiful views cozy home

We stayed here as middle place for Newport and Boston! The views were stunning! The beach access is incredible even in winter! The kids loved collecting shells and all the games the house offered. We didn’t have a great time with the indoor stairs- they are very slippery resulting in falls and near misses. Some of the furniture was falling apart like the tv stand, but the couches and beds were cozy! They had everything you could ever need in the kitchen and provided toiletries which was excellent since we forgot lotion! The wrap around decks were amazing and let the kids get off some energy! We would stay again if needed! All of the little things they thought of made it homey and worth another stay!

Amazing views

You just can’t beat the views with this property. It was so nice just to be able to walk down to the beach, or walk along the marsh, whenever you wanted to. The rooms were comfortable and the house had everything you need. As a bonus, there are two fantastic playgrounds within 5 minutes of the house and a shopping center that has everything you need

Family paradise!

This house has everything you can imagine you may need! Family beach home in a welcoming town with endless adventures. I highly recommend this property. The owners were friendly and had excellent communication throughout the entire process of booking, check in, the stay & check out! Hoping to make this a yearly tradition 🏖. (Top places to check out: Plymouth, MA - the town & whale watch, as many local seafood restaurants you can get to, New Bedford’s hot spot was Cisco Brewery & the beach right at your fingertips!!!)
