Clearly furnished with love, equipped with everything you need (a coffee machine AND coffee pods!), a beautiful pool, and an amazing view over to Assisi.The owners were welcoming, and Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assisi isn't really within walking distance, but Daniela recommended a great driver, and there are some pretty villages and towns not too far away.'

The house is located in the middle of nowhere with a magnificent view of the Marche country side. Long views into the valley and the mountains far away. 'Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... 'Wij hebben echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het vakantiehuis is echt een fantastisch mooi Italiaans plaatje, zowel van buiten als ook van binnen. Wij hebben 2 weken verbleven in het huis met 3 gezinnen en onze moeder. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen en erg fijn dat er zoveel badkamers aanwezig zijn. Onze kinderen in de leeftijd van 1 tot 16 jaar hebben zich prima vermaakt. Zwembad is van top formaat met een geweldig uitzicht. Wij zijn vaak naar Senigallia gereden om leker naar het strand te...

'Mooi en rustig gelegen verblijf met schitterend zwembad. Zeer aardige eigenaar. Bracht frequent verse eieren van eigen kippen en verse groenten uit de moestuin. Wij waren er tijdens de periode dat er noodweer was en in het gebied 10 mensen zijn omgekomen. Bij ons viel de elektriciteit uit zoals ook in een aantal andere huizen. Eigenaar heeft er alles aangedaan om het ongemak zo tijdelijk mogelijk te maken en dat lukte! Het verblijf ligt circa 10 min rijden van Gubbio. Dit is een uitermate...

'Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!'

'Ich bin super zufrieden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles super erklärt / gezeigt. Wir konnten auch immer um Hilfe fragen, wenn man für ein Restaurant eine Reservierung wollt.'

'We have spent a wonderful week at Casale San Benedetto with our children and grandchildren. A beautiful, Italian style, spacious country house with all comfort in a beautiful setting with a wide view. Delicious pizzas baked on the cozy veranda and delicious dinner from the barbecue.'

"The house and its surroundings are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. A very comfortable stay for our group of two families with adult children with various bedrooms to choose from. Views are stunning and the house is very well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Everything else you need can be found in San Severino Marche, a 12 mins drive from the house. Highly recommend a yoga session with Stefano, and Francesca cooked a fabulous birthday dinner with her team. Thank you to Alessandro and Riccardo for the warm welcome and assistance throughout.
