« Key card system was down. Had to be let into room by employee every time. Smoke alarm missing and hole in wall where it used to be. Hole in wall under TV where wires went into. Not the worst but very very firm mattresses .
Staff was helpful but scarce due to opening all the doors for guests. »

« Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back! »

« Let’s start with what was bad. Pool was not open on 4th of July week. Only one elevator was available for the entire motel. A/C was not working on the outer floors . Only one hand towel was in the room. Only one ice machine was working in the entire motel for all three floors. Breakfast sausage was way overcooked. And the real problem: we had a handicapped room on the third floor (which was really nice) but the elevator button would not call for the elevator!! We had to walk down to the second...
