In winter, the farm gets extra peaceful. Mornings are quiet and frosty, the sky feels bigger, and the hot tub feels even better. Wake up to birdsong (yes, even in winter), sip something warm on your private patio, then end the day soaking under the stars while the cold air swirls around you.

During your stay, swing by our little farm store—winter guests love taking home a few good things from the land they stayed on. You’ll find Oostema Wagyu beef, farm-fresh eggs, and breakfast sausage (plus a few other local favorites). It’s all raised right here.

The Farmstead Experience

This is a real working farm. You may see our Wagyu cattle, and you might wave to a guest staying in the Little Farmhouse or campground—but your apartment is quiet and private. We live upstairs and are just a message away if you need anything.

Important Notes:
• Guests must be 16+ to maintain the peace (We can accept School Activities. Ages 10+ are allowed in our Apartment. Please reach out for further information.)
• No pets allowed
• Apartment is private(we live upstairs) and the farm can be shared with a few other guests on the farm and visitors to the gardens and store
• Please message the word “FARMSTEAD” to confirm you’ve read the listing and we’ll send the rental agreement

Other Things To Note:

You’re booking the one-bedroom setup.
This apartment has a second bedroom that’s available only when booked as our two-bedroom option. If you’d like access to both bedrooms, please choose our two-bedroom option when booking.

Bringing kids along for a special event? We’re usually adults-only, but we do make an exception for school and youth activities. For those trips, we welcome families with children ages 10+ in the Apartment.

Think: basketball tournaments, local youth sports, and other kid-focused events around Northwest Washington (including fun seasonal activities like the fair events).
