I booked five rooms with this hotel and three of my rooms weren't able to check in the night of check in due to their flight being completely canceled. They landed at 6AM the next morning. I called the front desk and told the person working to please hold their rooms and that they would be coming the next morning. I did have two of my rooms check in. My employees then told me they charged them all a $300 for being a no show the next day. I have tried to reach the manager and can not get a call back. Expedia also tried to fix it, and his response was "She didn't have the authority to say it was okay." No refunds have been issues. If the front desk staff would have mentioned the fee the night before I would have had my other employees check in their rooms. They have no been helpful at all for a situation that was completely out of our hands. Will not be staying again.
