Our host Joelle was welcoming and responsive. The place was as advertised in a neat little neighborhood a few blocks off of Broadway. It was comfortable for our needs and cozy. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and there was plenty of dish and flatware to use. Not a huge deal but the bathroom was a little small and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. The home could have been a little cleaner. It wasn't gross by any means but there was some grime around the corners and several of the pictures and windows had spiderwebs on them. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again when we come back to the area.

Fantastic stay

We throughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The place is very cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The beds are comfortable and the fans in the bedrooms are a nice touch.

Charming and Comfortable

Such a charming and well-stocked home! My family and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend and it had everything we needed—including toys for my 3-year-old niece, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host clearly puts a lot of care into the space, and it made our stay so comfortable and easy. Would definitely book again!

Felt Like Home – Perfect for Families!

We instantly felt at home here! Our group of five, including two kids (ages 4 and 1), immediately loved the space—especially the bedroom stocked with toys. I really appreciated the fans in each room; we always sleep with one on at night but can’t exactly pack one in a suitcase, so that was a relief!The reserved parking spot behind the house was convenient, and we loved the patio area—it was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and coffee in the morning sun. The location is close to several great parks (Mukilteo is only 20 minutes away and definitely worth a visit!).The only minor surprise was realizing someone lives upstairs. We heard footsteps one night at bedtime, which caught us off guard, but it turned out to be no big deal—the upstairs tenant was respectful and quiet.The host was super helpful and responsive, which made everything even smoother.Overall, great location, great house, and great price. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Disappointing stay

When we initially arrived, the house looked cute so we were excited. The main photo of the house was of the back yard so we struggled to find where we should enter the house. When we got to the front of the house, the manager showed up in bare feet and was extremely rude to us. When we were trying to open the door, she treated me very poorly, even when she couldnt get the code to work. About the house- we found used eyelashes on the floor, something splattered all over a wall in the living room, plywood instead of glass on the coffee and side tables, missing lightbulbs, hair in the drain, etc. Additionally, the photos show couches in the living room to seat 6, but only 1 couch is actually in the living room so our group couldnt even watch a movie comfortably together . I also had muddy shoes so I was hosing them off in the back yard and someone, I believe the host, was staring at me from a window next door and that was incredibly awkward and invasive. The sheets seemed to be clean but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. There were plenty of dishes available and they were in good condition. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry soap, etc. The check out instructions were non existent, but we paid $150 for a cleaning deposit. Overall, I would not recommend staying here for the price and would not stay again.

Nice Stay in Everett

This is an older house with many nice, charming features. We loved enjoying our coffee on the big porch in the morning! And had our dinner take-out on the back yard patio. The owner was very good about getting right back to us with all our communications. Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay for a quick family trip

The house was great. The rooms were big enough that we could set up two pack n plays for our kiddos. There was enough room for them to run around, but not so much that we couldn't keep an eye on them. The neighborhood is very quiet, too.

A home away from home

This property was very well kept. The flowers were beginning to bloom so everything was spring like. The inside of the house was very quaint. We loved the wood floors and all the tile work. The area was very quiet and we felt very safe. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Convenience and charm near the water

Charming first floor apartment with hardwood floors in a nice neighborhood in walking distance from the water, several restaurants, and an organic grocery. Easy covered parking in back. The rental was quiet, and the kitchen and bath had everything we needed. The owner responded promptly to our questions, and I would stay here again.
