Upstairs, you'll find two ensuite bedrooms and a fantastic bunk room that can sleep up to 8 people. The living area is perfect for both large gatherings and cozy nights in, with an open layout and a luxurious kitchen overlooking the inviting living room.

    Indulge in the breathtaking views from one of the four porches or take a leisurely stroll to the nearby Tower Court Pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Carlton Landing offers a plethora of activities to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Additionally, this home is equipped with a Trager Flat Top griddle, patio fireplace and a woodburning firepit, ensuring that you can enjoy delicious meals and cozy evenings outdoors.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! I brought my Grands for Kidcation and we enjoyed our home away from home and all the fun of Carlton’s Landing. The owners communicated well and all the necessary information was at my fingertips!!! Highly recommend!

Property was clean & in great condition to accommodate our large group. The location is very near the pickleball/tennis court and one of the pools. Having darts, shuffleboard, and seating that was comfortable for all of us to watch a movie together made for a great stay.

Perfect spot for a 40th birthday getaway! Plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The place was stocked with everything you could think of, which made the stay super easy. The lake view is beautiful and the location is great—close to things to do but still quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic home in Carlton Landing! It is close to everything town has to offer, but also feels a little out of the way and provides for a calm atmosphere. The home is very large and has plenty of space for a big group; my extended family group of 7 had plenty of space. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you could need to prep meals at home. All of the porches provided great gathering spaces in the mornings and evenings. Just steps away from one of the pools in town and a short walk/golf cart ride from the other two pools and the lake. April and Doug are fantastic hosts with a beautiful home, don’t hesitate to book this one!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carlton’s Landing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained the home was. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more.The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our kids were thrilled with the bunk beds, which quickly became their favorite part of the house!We especially appreciated all of the amenities and the attention to detail throughout the home. It truly felt like a place where families can relax, unwind, and make wonderful memories together.Thank you for providing such an exceptional experience. Wonderful house in a great location. Beds were comfortable, living room was great for lounging and our kids enjoyed the patio playing darts. Being next to the pool and pickle ball courts was really convenient. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. It’s a great house if you have a large group.

Perfect retreat!

Our group of friends serve as a leadership team and needed a great place to visit and also get a lot of work done. The house was perfect from coffee on the porches in the morning to work in the kitchen, living room and screened in porch. Beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. We loved our stay!
