'The spa is good, but I have two comments. The jacuzzi was not clean, and there are no stairs or anything to help you get in and out of the jacuzzi, which led to my friend falling and it was scary. Other than that, everything is good. I didn’t get to see anything else because there was no light.'

'Don't let the uninviting parking lot fool you; the reception staff are pros and speak excellent English. I stayed in a bright, spacious Deluxe Room at the top of the hill. It was a bit stuffy at first, but opening the balcony doors fixed that. The bed is fantastic with clean linens and a great mosquito net—a huge plus! The modern bathroom is nice, though the shower is a bit of a prankster, spraying water everywhere except on the person standing in the middle. There are some "new hotel" quirks:...
