'The hotel is brand new, so everything felt clean and well‑maintained. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping came every other day — they made the beds but did leave some trash behind in the room. The hotel has three elevators, and since it was a busy weekend, we often had to wait quite a while to use them. The breakfast area was also consistently crowded, and while the breakfast staff was great. The front desk staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly. I’ve stayed at other Element...

'Property was safe, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating during our stay. We were provided with a room upgrade with an amazing view of Pike’s Place Market. Free coffee in the morning was great. Brunch at Ben’s Paris was a highlight of our stay. 100% will return when in Seattle. '
