'Look no more. This house has EVERYTHING you need. We were camping part of our trip and the house has a large drive area for a camper or boat. The views are outstanding and we watched lightening displays over the plateau This fully and I mean fully stocked house of supplies was amazing. 'The host is a vacation rental company. Communication was good. The apartment was clean and seemed to be fairly new on the inside. Directions on how to use the coffee maker and garbage disposal would have been nice. Remote controls and garbage disposal batteries needed replacing. The manager ordered and sent us batteries. There weren't any napkins, plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic bags, cooking spices or olive oil. Only 4 forks and spoons. a few more knives. There was a playpen with toys and...

'Great location just outside the town of Torrey and Capitol Reef National Park. The house was beautiful as well as the property surrounding it which seems to be a working homestead with goats, chickens and mini-horses, all of which the kids will love. There is even a fantastic play area for kids! The only hiccup is EXPEDIA. I had a little communication issue with owner because they were sending me links which Expedia wasn't allowing me to access, I found out from the owner they don't list...

We were there in winter and when you walk in the front door there's a nice little mud area for you to take off your boots and coat so you won't track snow through the house. We really liked that. There's also a huge TV we appreciated. Would highly recommend. '

'The location was too far to walk to the old town area. It was clean and we appreciated the large coach and dining table. The bedrooms were small and the large beds (comfy) did not allow for side tables. It made charging all of our devices challenging. All in all a satisfactory experience for the price. Arvada is a neat area!'
