Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/living room with foosball table (sleeps 2 additional on the sofa bed), separate WC, entrance hall leading to the upper floor. Electric heating.

First floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (shower/WC), 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (freestanding bathtub, shower, and separate WC). Air conditioning in all upstairs bedrooms.

The semi-detached house, adjoining the owners' residence, has a separate entrance ensuring complete privacy. You will appreciate the private terrace, perfect for relaxation.

Renovations to this former farmhouse have created three spacious bedrooms, each decorated in its own unique style with cherished family heirlooms and other treasures I love to find and restore. A reading room upstairs offers a place to discover the treasures of the Auvergne and Bourbonnais regions, or to relax and enjoy the games available. The ground floor features a large living area where breakfast is served, as well as a TV lounge with a foosball table. If, like me, you appreciate the peace and quiet of nature and the outdoors, the terrace and garden surrounding the shared swimming pool await you.
