'The room was very outdated. The bathroom specifically needed better cleaning. There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. '

'No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. '

'I loved this place! The room was a little far and downhill but to me it didn’t matter because as soon as I opened the door to my room I was greeted to a balcony room overlooking a beautiful ocean view! I slept the whole night with the door to the balcony open just to hear the waves crashing! The pools were perfect! We order food and drinks! There’s also a lot to explore around the property such as hiking trails and kayaking! And the beach was probably top 5 most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen...

'This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. My sisters and I booked a “penthouse suite” advertised as 2 bed/2 bath for a wedding trip, but the unit was completely misrepresented. 'We had a beautiful view. Our room was always spotless and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I loved their brunch and dinner the first night was delicious too. I recommend the japanese pancakes, and the aztex sunrise for breakfast. I had steak medallions for dinner and they were cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce. I would suggest putting irons in the rooms and an attendant at reception to improve the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will miss our view...
