Welcome to Powell Peak 104 at Marys Lake Condominiums, an adorable 1 bedroom condo perfect for your next mountain getaway! A short outdoor staircase will lead you to your private covered deck - featuring sweeping views of Marys Lake and surrounding mountains. You'll find ample space here to sit back and take it all in, with both a patio table and chairs for outdoor dining and a pair of charming wooden rocking chairs overlooking the vista.
Step inside, and you'll find that every inch of this cozy but efficient condo carries that same charm and rustic character, featuring unique mountain wildlife themed decor. In the living area, you'll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, recliner, electric fireplace, and flat screen TV. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation, and the bedroom suite has a King size bed, window AC, and a private bathroom with shower. We know you'll find yourself at home in our quaint little corner of Rocky Mountain paradise!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
