There was an issue when we arrived, but it was resolved and the rest of the stay went well. When we arrived, the water was shut off (so no flushing toilet or running water). Although the phone number to contact after hours was posted in multiple places, the emergency request line was also not working, so we had to find somewhere open at 11 pm on a Thursday to buy bottled water to drink and brush our teeth with (we ended up finding some at a liquor store). This did interfere with our plans for an early morning hike. However, as soon as the host saw our messages the next morning, they came right over to turn on the water and were apologetic. They left us a note and gift card to a nice restaurant in town, which was nice but unfortunately didn't fit into our plans, so we instead requested a refund for the first night which they granted. After our stay, I called the number with the emergency request line and the issue we faced seemed to be resolved. The location was convenient and the rest of our stay continued without issue, and the cabin was cute, clean, and simple - just what we were looking for. Since the host resolved the water/phone line issues from our first night, I would recommend staying here.
