The primary bedroom, which features a brand new en-suite bathroom with oversized walk-in shower and double vanity, is located on the first floor. The two guest bedrooms are on the second floor and feature a large sitting area and a large office nook with a desk and printer. With a fully stocked cabinet of games, this villa is the perfect winter getaway for your family! For golfers, the option to use the golf cart and one set of golf clubs is included with the rental as well as tennis and pickle ball rackets. The unit is close to the golf course, as well as the community pool, tennis courts and clubhouse where social events are hosted.

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
