The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom; there are two other bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a single bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor parking is available right outside the front door.

The community has 24-hour security.
The house is divided into two floors.
*On the first floor:
- the fully equipped kitchen, partially open to the living/dining room
(On the kitchen faucet, the hot/cold water indicator is reversed)
- the living/dining room with a sofa, TV, and dining table
(the living room fireplace cannot be used)
- a single bedroom with a bathroom that can be used by a nanny
- the patio with a garden and lawn
- heat pump air conditioning
In the garden, there is a sofa area with a coffee table and a high dining table
* On the second floor:
- one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom
- one bedroom with two single beds
- one bedroom with two single beds
- 1 bathroom for the bedrooms with single beds.
- The bathrooms have electric heating for the winter
- The bedrooms have ceiling fans with their own controls
It is a warm and welcoming space, designed and organized to provide guests with the best possible stay.

A community gardener visits the property from time to time to maintain the garden.

For safety reasons, the fireplace cannot be used.

Guests have access to the entire property, except for the third floor, where the rooftop is located.

Towels, bed linens, and hand soap are included. An iron and ironing board are also available.

For heating, we provide 3 portable electric radiators.

The huge community pool, surrounded by spacious green areas, is a 3-minute walk down Pino Real Street. It is open year-round from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM; a lifeguard is on duty only in July and August.

COVID-19 prevention measures are in place, including: showering before using the pool, using hand sanitizer, and placing a towel on the lounge chair, among others.

For parking, there’s a free parking lot in the same square in front of the house.

The Wi-Fi is 4G with unlimited data.

There is a laundromat nearby (El Paraíso) in the Mustang shopping center.

To use the crib, guests must request it in advance; it is not always available at the property.

All guests over the age of 14 must fill out a guest registration form with their ID.

Glassware is not allowed in the pool area.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside.
