With capacity for 6 people, its 110 m² offer bright spaces, a pleasant terrace with views of the pool and the mountain, and all the amenities necessary to feel at home from day one.



🛏️ The accommodation features 3 spacious bedrooms carefully distributed to ensure rest for all guests. Two of them have comfortable double beds of 160 cm, whilst the third has two single beds, being perfect for both adults and children. Additionally, it has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another en suite with a shower, providing greater comfort during your stay.



☀️ The lounge, spacious and modern, connects directly with a welcoming furnished terrace where you can have breakfast outdoors or relax at the end of the day whilst enjoying views of the urbanisation. The apartment has centralised air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed WiFi and a lift with direct access from the garage. According to the homeowners' association regulations, the use of barbecues on the terrace or in the external areas of the property is not permitted.



🍴 The American kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combi fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare any meal with complete comfort.



🏊 The urbanisation features two magnificent communal swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, open during the season, as well as well-maintained gardens and common areas ideal for relaxation. The apartment includes a private parking space within the building, facilitating access throughout your stay.



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.
